When completing your personal information, please ensure that you enter the correct spelling, as the information you have submitted will be used on the Invoice, as well as on your certificate which will be received on the day of the event. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling of your information which you enter on the registration form.

If your organisation will be paying the Invoice, kindly provide the correct full company details, postal address, responsible contact person for payment, as well as the VAT Registration number.
Without submitting your registration form we cannot issue an invoice for payment, which will result in your booking not being confirmed.

Please also check your invoice to ensure that you have selected the correct option when purchasing an ICC Incoterms® 2020 book. We will not be held responsible at the event for registrations that were completed incorrectly, and will only provide what was selected on the registration form.
If you have purchased an ICC Incoterms® 2020 Book, (Hard Cover or Electronic version), Book will only be provided once the payment has reflected in the Organizers bank account.
