ABOUT THE SUPPLY CHAIN PRACTITIONER (NQF LEVEL 5)
A Supply Chain Practitioner plays a key role in enabling the seamless movement of goods and services across local and global markets. Acting as a coordinator of supply chain activities, the practitioner ensures that goods are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively.
This qualification develops the knowledge and skills required to manage and coordinate various functions in the supply chain, including freight forwarding, customs compliance, multimodal transport, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and logistics planning.
Learners will acquire an understanding of international and local trade environments, including customs regulations, incoterms, documentation, transportation modes, and supply chain risk management. This will prepare them to operate confidently in a dynamic and integrated global supply chain.
