Important Information when Registering privately or for your organisation

1. When completing your personal information, please ensure that you enter the correct spelling of all details, as the information you submitted will be used on the Invoice, as well as on your certificate which will be received electronically one week post event. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling of your information which you entered on the registration form.

2. If your organisation will be paying the Invoice, kindly provide the correct full company details, postal address, responsible contact person for payment, as well as the VAT Registration number.

3. Without submitting your registration form we cannot issue an invoice for payment, which will result in your booking not being confirmed.

4. Registration will ONLY be confirmed once payment has been received.

5. A “No-Refund” Policy is in place if cancellation of registration takes place after the 2nd of November 2022, as your Learning Link will be sent, should you not be to able you can then appoint another delegate in your place, If this is the case please contact the organizer to change the name on the delegates badge.

Important Information when Registering privately or for your organisation

1. Please ensure that you have selected the correct number of clients/delegates that you wish to register to attend this specific event, as you will be invoiced on your selection. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect number of delegates selected.

2. The event will start at 09h00am and delegates may enter link at 08h50am CAT.

3. If any payments are outstanding when you link to the event, you will unfortunately not be permitted into the virtual training room, therefore kindly ensure that all invoices for your delegates have been paid by your organisation before signing into the event.

4. Please check your invoice to ensure that you have selected the correct options and categories. We will not be held responsible for registrations that were completed incorrectly, and will only provide what was selected on the registration form.

5. If you have purchased an ICC Incoterms® 2020 Book, (Electronic version or Hard Copy), you will receive the book link once payment has been received as well as Full instruction of how to download the book.

6. NO book will be given to anyone who has not paid for the book in full.
